3. Digital Product Delivery

Most products sold through BitsCrafts are digital downloads, including STL files and related digital content.

After successful payment, eligible digital products will be made available for download through your customer account and/or via email.

4. Returns and Refunds

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases generally become non-refundable once files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

All website content, including but not limited to STL files, digital products, images, graphics, logos, branding, text, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Avylo LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Without prior written permission from Avylo LLC, you may not:

  • Share download links or purchased files.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Avylo LLC and BitsCrafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website, products, or services.

All products are provided "as is" without warranties except as required under applicable law.
