Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, refunds are limited.

✅ Refunds may be granted if:

  • Files have not been accessed or downloaded
  • Refund request is submitted within 5 days of purchase

🚫 Digital products are non-refundable if:

  • Any files have been downloaded or accessed
  • More than 5 days have passed since purchase
  • The customer purchased by mistake but accessed the files

🔐 Important:

Once digital files are delivered and accessed, all sales are considered final.

📦 Physical Products Return Policy

We accept returns for eligible physical products under the following conditions:

✅ Returns are accepted if:

  • Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • Product is unused and in original condition
  • Product is returned in original packaging

🚫 Physical returns are not accepted if:

  • Product has been used, damaged, or altered by customer
  • Return request is made after 14 days
  • Item is non-returnable due to hygiene or custom-use restrictions

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect
