Digital Products

All digital products sold through BitsCrafts are delivered electronically. No physical shipment is required.

After your purchase is successfully completed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email containing your download instructions.

  • Your purchased files may also be available through your customer account if you created one during checkout.

  • No shipping charges apply to digital products.

Physical Products

For eligible physical products, including selected tools, accessories, and kits:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery generally takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Free worldwide shipping is included on all eligible physical product orders unless otherwise stated.

Estimated Delivery Times

Digital Orders

  • Instant delivery following successful payment confirmation.

  • In rare cases, delivery may be delayed for up to 1 hour due to payment verification, email provider delays, or other technical issues.

Physical Orders

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 7–14 business days worldwide

Missing Deliveries or Download Issues

Digital Products

If you do not receive your digital files:

  • Check your spam or junk email folder.

  • Verify that the email address used during checkout is correct.

  • Contact our support team with your order number.

Physical Products

If your shipment appears delayed or tracking information has not updated:

  • Contact our customer support team.

  • We will investigate the shipment and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Physical Products

  • Free worldwide shipping.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and local carrier performance.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

File Access & Backups

For digital purchases, we recommend downloading and securely backing up your purchased files after delivery.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. While we strive to provide continued access where possible, BitsCrafts cannot guarantee permanent file availability and is not responsible for data loss occurring after successful delivery.

Order Notes

  • Please ensure your software and hardware support .STL files before purchasing digital products.

  • Physical product shipments may experience temporary delays during holidays, severe weather, customs inspections, or periods of exceptionally high demand.

  • All purchases remain subject to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.
